Duties will include regular teller processes, which includes processing transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and regulations.
Additional duties may include balancing, reporting, and other customer service processes.
The pay will be determined by experience.
The person hired must be able to work the following times below at our Kinderhook Illinois location.
Work hours are typically - 8a - 5:
00p Monday - Thursday 8a - 6p Every Other Friday otherwise 8a-5p 8a - 12p Every Other Saturday Responsibilities Conduct routine bank transactions within time limits and established guidelines (cash checks, accept deposits and loan payments, process withdrawals etc) Be able to answer phones on a multi-line system Able to assist with filing Comply with regulatory requirements Manage risk in every transaction and detect fraudulent transactions to prevent losses Resolve customers' issues and provide relevant information Maintaining and balancing cash drawers Opening new accounts Issuing money orders or cashier checks Counting and packaging currency Keeping customers personal financial information confidential Promoting bank products and services Skills Experience in banking or financial services preferred and not required Basic PC knowledge - including email and Office programs Strong communication and time management skills Customer satisfaction-oriented Attention to detail and mathematical skills Education High school or equivalent Job Type:
